I’ll split this review into three sections. The bag, the box and the customer service.
The bag. The bag is of the highest quality and it is difficult to distinguish it from the real thing. The leather, the stitching and the craftsmanship are sublime and I have no complaints.
The box. This unfortunately is a different matter. Not only was the cardboard creased I also had to resort to glueing several panels back in place. So not the best.
Customer service. One word, EXCELLENT. This was my first order from Luxdupes so I was a little anxious as the bag seemed to be taking a while to arrive. However, my emails to Coya at Luxdupes were answered promptly and helped to relieve my concerns. The bag did take 18 days to arrive but industrial action by the Royal Mail may have been a factor.
Purchasing something like this is a holistic experience and in this instance it was let down by the box. Having said that I wouldn¡¯t hesitate to order from Luxdupes again but given the issues mentioned above I feel I can only award them four stars on this occasion.

Absolutely impeccable quality! Looks and feels like leather. Was wrapped and had a dust bag to protect it. The zipper is smooth and heavy materials. The letters are clear and even. Just love it! I had purchased another one on DHgate for $230 and it was in white color and just garbage. Wish this one was available in all the colors bc I really want the pink and purple one now. I was so concerned about the ugly german customs, but today after about two weeks I received my bag without any problems, because it was a german sender. So happy! The bag was packed pretty good and is almost perfect. They used the wrong screws (crossed) and the space between the CC is wrong (should be the same like the thickness of the C). The red leather inside is nearly brown and the golden hardware a bit too golden. They made some spelling mistakes on the little guarantee lable. But the rest is gorgeous. Perfect stitching, the seems match great. It is a very good quality bag and I would say a good replica. For this price, I would buy again.

My goodness! Just got my bag and it is beautiful and took about 4 weeks to arrive! I contacted the seller as it seemed to have been quiet for a few days, but the seller assured that my bag was still on the way! Great communication, exactly as described! It’s a slight plastic smell, but I just want to let the bag air out for a few days! Stuff it with some blankets and hang it up to get the creases out of the bag and straps!
