When will my order arrive?  

We strive to ship your order a day after it has been placed. Please do allow us a few weeks to deliver your order as we deliver internationally. 

Ideally your order should be with you in three-four weeks. if not, please contact us and we will help and advise you.

Can I cancel my order after ordering?

All orders can be cancelled up to a day after the order has been sent.

Please Note: this excludes all customisable products/orders

We only allow up to a day for order cancellations as we ship products very quickly. 

Where is my order?

Has your estimated delivery date elapsed? Please allow a few extra days for your order to be delivered (especially during busy times). Our carriers are always doing their best to get your order to you, so make sure you keep an eye on your tracking link for the latest updates.

If your order doesn’t arrive, please let us know within 30 days of the date by which your order should have been delivered and we’ll do our best to help you.

Orders may take longer if they are being shipped Internationally. There are more checks on shipping cargo due to the current world affairs. Please be patient and contact us if you ave any problems

What if the item I want is out of stock?

We’re always restocking our products and updating our website—so check back at a later time! You can also provide your email address on the product page of the item you want to purchase and we’ll notify you once it’s back in stock. All you need to do is check your inbox.
